(Location: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCCMKHD"), and PayPay Corporation (Location: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ichiro Nakayama; hereinafter "PayPay") are pleased to announce that they will begin mutual exchange of "PayPay Points" and "V POINT" from Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
By linking your V member account through the PayPay app, you will be able to exchange both points at an equivalent value (1 PayPay point = 1 V point). This initiative will leverage the strengths of both companies' point services, allowing users to utilize their points more flexibly and freely according to their lifestyle and usage scenarios. This marks the first time that "PayPay Points" will be exchangeable with points from other companies.
PayPay, which boasts over 73 million users (*1) and holds the No. 1 market share in the domestic code payment market, and Sumitomo Mitsui Card, a leader in the domestic cashless industry, are collaborating to further enhance the value of PayPay Points and V POINT, enabling their use in a wider range of situations.

With the spread of cashless payments, the focus of points has shifted from "ease of accumulation" to "the ability to use them in a way that suits one's needs."This mutual exchange is an initiative to meet these needs.
[Overview of point exchange]
To exchange "PayPay Points" and "V POINT," users can download the PayPay app (*2) and link their "PayPay" and "V Member" accounts to exchange points with each other. While point exchanges are conducted within the PayPay app, you can also access the point exchange screen from the Mobile V CARD, V POINT app, Sumitomo Mitsui Card Vpass app, V POINT Pay app, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation app. Points can be exchanged at an equivalent rate of 1 point = 1 point, with a minimum exchange of 100 points per day, and a monthly exchange limit of 30,000 points. Please note that "V POINT" obtained by exchanging "PayPay Points" have an expiration date and limited usage locations, and cannot be exchanged for points from other companies or for V Prizes. V POINT can be used at select V POINT partners and services, including for V POINT investment, charging the V POINT Pay app, and applying them to payments and transfer fees for Mitsui Sumitomo Card. The number of V POINT partner businesses and services available will be expanded gradually in the future (*3). Please check the table below for the expiration dates and usage options for each point.

A major feature of "PayPay Points" is that they have no expiration date (*4), so users can use them at their own convenience without worrying about them expiring. You can earn PayPay points at over 10 million stores and locations where you can shop using PayPay or PayPay Card. These points can be used not only for payments at PayPay affiliated stores, but also within the app. PayPay Point Management"or"PayPay Securities"PayPay InsuranceIt can be used for financial services such as "[...]."Furthermore, users can choose and utilize a wide range of uses beyond just payments, such as making donations, offerings at shrines and temples, or using it to pay for "PayPay card" payments.

■ Features of "V POINT"
"V POINT" are a common point system that can be earned and used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa merchants worldwide. At V POINT partner locations, you can earn points by presenting your "Mobile V CARD" or "V POINT-CARD" at checkout, and at Visa merchants, you can earn points when paying with your Mitsui Sumitomo Card. The accumulated "V POINT" can be used at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide, with 1 point equivalent to 1 yen, and can also be used at approximately 100 million stores worldwide that accept Visa contactless payments.

*ID linking is required to view your mobile V-card, check your V-points after exchange, etc., from the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation app, Sumitomo Mitsui Card Vpass app, and V-point Pay app.
