Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") opened "SHARE LOUNGE Karuizawa T-SITE" on March 17, 2026 (Tuesday) within "Karuizawa T-SITE" (Kita-Saku District, Nagano Prefecture), which is being grand opened by three companies: Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Atsushi Nakajima), Aqua Ignis Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tetsuya Tachibana), and CCC.

Karuizawa T-SITE is based on the concept of "a gateway that showcases and allows visitors to experience the essence of Shinshu, stimulating their curiosity." It will feature a total of 17 stores, including restaurants and retail shops where visitors can experience the charm of Shinshu, as well as hot spring facilities and accommodations to soothe travel fatigue, and restaurants making their first appearance in the prefecture. Based on the three themes of "eating," "spending time," and "relaxing," this facility offers new value to Karuizawa and is full of experiences that stimulate the five senses of adults.
"SHARE LOUNGE Karuizawa T-SITE" is located in Karuizawa T-SITE, which is directly connected to Karuizawa Station, making it easily accessible from Tokyo by Shinkansen in just one hour. It can be used freely as a workspace for people who have moved to the area or are living in a second home, as well as a cafe and bar where locals and visitors can enjoy conversation and interaction. In addition, it offers package deals that include access to the hot spring facility "AQUAIGNIS GARDEN SPA" within the same complex, proposing a new way to spend time at "SHARE LOUNGE".

(1) We propose a new way to spend your time with a set plan that includes the on-site hot spring facility "AQUAIGNIS GARDEN SPA".
The package plan, which includes access to the "AQUAIGNIS GARDEN SPA" hot spring facility within the same complex, offers new ways to spend your time, such as enjoying a medicinal bath or sauna at the hot spring facility, followed by reading time in the "SHARE LOUNGE," or working all day in the "SHARE LOUNGE" before relaxing in the open-air bath.

(2) A spacious area where you can relax, the largest in the "SHARE LOUNGE"
"SHARE LOUNGE" boasts the largest space of any of its kind, approximately 240 tsubo (about 790 square meters), and offers 150 seats with a variety of seating options. You can freely choose your preferred seat depending on the situation and your mood, from work desks and private rooms suitable for personal time such as work, studying, or reading, to meeting rooms that can be used by multiple people.

(3) We offer a selection of books themed around "travel" and goods that add color to the travel experience.
With the keywords "Get to know Shinshu, get to know the world," Karuizawa Bookstore has selected approximately 1,000 books that will make you want to travel. Enjoy a reading journey that expands your knowledge and sensibilities, starting from Karuizawa T-SITE, the gateway to Shinshu.
In addition, you can purchase items that add flair to your travels, such as sunglasses, handkerchiefs, and travel bags that combine style and practicality, as well as carefully selected souvenirs from Karuizawa and Shinshu, and art pieces depicting the scenery of Karuizawa.

During your time at the "SHARE LOUNGE," you can enjoy a wide selection of free drinks and food, including apple pie from a popular local bakery, local craft beer, and wine from Nagano Prefecture—a lineup unique to this location that you won't find at other "SHARE LOUNGE" locations.

We are exhibiting the works of artist Ayane Shojima as part of our permanent art collection. The soft, gentle expressions, inspired by plants, animals, and everyday scenes, add a calming touch to the lounge space. Additionally, to coincide with the opening, we are hosting a solo exhibition by artist YASUKA.M. YASUKA.M stayed in Karuizawa and created the works for this exhibition, drawing inspiration from the local scenery and atmosphere, including Shiraito Falls.
