Kawatoku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, President and CEO: Hideki Saito, hereinafter "Kawatoku"), which operates the 160-year-old department store "Parc Avenue Kawatoku" in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture, CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi, hereinafter "CCC MK HOLDINGS"), and Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi, hereinafter "Sumitomo Mitsui Card") will begin offering V POINT services at "Park Avenue Kawatoku" from Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
Founded in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture in 1866, Kawatoku, which celebrates its 160th anniversary this year, has always strived to propose new value and provide high-quality service, guided by its management philosophy of "Service is our duty."We continue to contribute to the local community and, by extension, society as a whole, through our commitment to creating "the best store" for our customers.
With this initiative, customers who use "Park Avenue Kawatoku," a department store operated by Kawatoku, can earn 1 V POINT for every 200 yen (including tax) spent when paying at approximately 100 tenant stores by presenting a card that accumulates V POINT (*1), such as a MOBILE V CARD that can be used via the app. The points you accumulate can be used at "Park Avenue Kawatoku" at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen, as well as at approximately 160,000 V POINT partner stores nationwide and approximately 100 million Visa merchants worldwide (*2).
*1 This applies to Mobile V CARDs, T-CARDs, V POINT CARDs with payment functions, and V POINT CARDs with character designs.
*2 For in-person payments, this applies to stores that accept Visa contactless payments.
Kawatoku, CCC MK HOLDINGS, and Sumitomo Mitsui Card will work together through this initiative to improve customer convenience, further enhance the local shopping experience, and provide value that enriches everyday shopping.

- Point accrual rate: When you present your mobile V card or V point card at checkout, you will earn 1 point for every 200 yen (including tax) spent.
* Points will be awarded for payments made with cash, credit card using a Kawatoku card, Kawatoku points, and V POINT.
