—A proposal for new office building functions at Harumi Island Triton Square—
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") and Nomura Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Daisaku Matsuo; hereinafter "Nomura Real Estate") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Harumi Triton with H¹T" (hereinafter "this facility") in the Harumi Triton Square, a mixed-use office building in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
This facility is the second location following "SHARE LOUNGE Kameido with H¹T," the first collaborative store combining "SHARE LOUNGE," developed by CCC, and "H¹T," a satellite-type shared office developed by Nomura Real Estate. We are pleased to announce that, following the renovation of Harumi Triton Square Office Tower Y, we will be opening a store on the 9th floor.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, teleworking became widespread, and working styles have changed dramatically to a flexible style that combines working from home, the office, and a third place. Consequently, there is a strong demand for office buildings to offer more than just workspace; they need enhanced functionality that allows them to switch between different areas depending on the purpose, such as individual concentration, team meetings, inter-company networking, and a change of pace. Furthermore, as the reasons for coming to the office are being redefined, "ease of work" and "comfort" are also gaining attention as important values in the office.
In addition to the "SHARE LOUNGE" features, which allows customers to freely choose how they use the space—whether as a cafe or a workspace—this facility also features a special seating area exclusively for "H¹T" members, a characteristic of this collaborative store. The work area includes a generous number of meeting rooms to meet the needs of small businesses, and these rooms can also be used for receptions. Furthermore, companies with a "H¹T" corporate contract located in the Harumi Triton Square office building will receive a 20% discount on the usage fee for this facility.
This space is available not only to office workers but also to the general public, and can be used by residents of the surrounding area for various daily activities such as work, study, rest, and socializing. Through this initiative, CCC and Nomura Real Estate aim to enhance the value of common areas to meet the new demand for office buildings in the post-COVID-19 era, and to create new "places to belong" that are open to the community.

H¹T (Human First Time), developed by Nomura Real Estate, is a satellite-type shared office brand that is being used to supplement the shortage of meeting rooms and offices in various companies and to improve work efficiency, against the backdrop of hybrid work (a way of working that is not bound by place or time) that has become established after the COVID-19 pandemic and the recent trend of returning to the office. Currently, we operate 563 locations (including partner stores/as of the end of February 2026), mainly in business areas of Tokyo and major cities nationwide.
