Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc. (President and Group CEO: Tatsuru Nakashima; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group," and the entire group collectively referred to as "SMBC Group"), Sumitomo Mitsui Card Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yukihiko Onishi; hereinafter referred to as "Sumitomo Mitsui Card"), Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC"), and V POINT MARKETING Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Seigo Hirota; hereinafter referred to as "V POINT MARKETING") have made V POINT MARKETING (formerly known as CCC MK HOLDINGS Co., Ltd.) a subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Card, effective March 31, 2026, based on an announcement made on October 3, 2025. Please note that CCC MK HOLDINGS changed its company name to V POINT MARKETING on April 1, 2026.
