(Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") has opened "SHARE LOUNGE Workstyling Yaesu South Exit" on April 24, 2026 (Friday) on the 2nd floor of Granage, a commercial facility within Pacific Century Place Marunouchi, as a joint store of "Workstyling," a corporate shared office and rental office operated by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shun Ueda; hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan"), and "SHARE LOUNGE," operated by CCC.
"SHARE LOUNGE Workstyling Yaesu South Exit" will be located in Granage, which is a 5-minute walk from the JR East Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit and Yaesu Underground Central Exit ticket gates via an underground passage, allowing you to get there without getting wet even on bad weather days. Located in an area that is a business hub with a large number of large corporations and startups, this store is the second in the area, opening on the Yaesu side of Tokyo Station, while "SHARE LOUNGE TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE MARUNOUCHI" is on the Marunouchi side. Whether you're looking for a comfortable workspace or simply a relaxing café experience, anyone can easily drop in for as little as 60 minutes.
