Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") will open its second "LOUNGE & CAFE," a new business format that fuses SHARE LOUNGE and Starbucks, on the 4th floor of "Quartz Shinsaibashi," a new landmark in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, on Saturday, April 25, 2026.

"Quartz Shinsaibashi" is a new commercial complex that will open in Shinsaibashi, an area that attracts many tourists from both Japan and abroad, and will be one of the largest mixed-use complexes in the area. We aim to crystallize the vibrant culture and image of Shinsaibashi, and become a new landmark that will be loved and continue to shine across generations.

Located on the 4th floor, "SHARE LOUNGE Quartz Shinsaibashi" is a "LOUNGE & CAFE" style store that seamlessly connects and merges the space and experience of SHARE LOUNGE with that of Starbucks, catering to customers' lifestyles and diverse occasions. It's a space where you can freely choose the space and experience you want to spend your time in, depending on your purpose and mood of the day, whether it's reading, working, or chatting over a cup of coffee.

This store features art and books based on the theme of "time to spend being yourself," aiming to create a space where busy workers and visitors to Shinsaibashi can rediscover the value of cherishing their own time.

(1) A LOUNGE & CAFE where the space and experience of SHARE LOUNGE and Starbucks are seamlessly connected.
SHARE LOUNGE offers a lounge-like comfort, intellectually stimulating books, and the functionality of an office, all combined with the ultimate coffee experience provided by Starbucks. This is a LOUNGE & CAFE style store where the two spaces and experiences are seamlessly connected, creating a fused space that can be freely used by customers of both. This allows customers to choose the space that best suits their purpose and mood, and also enables customers using the "SHARE LOUNGE" and those using "Starbucks" to share the same time.

(2) A space with art and books that allows you to feel the passage of time
Under the theme of "Time to spend being yourself," the exhibition features a wide variety of items, including valuable antique clocks, wristwatches, and pocket watches. We also publish books on the themes of "clocks" and "time," creating opportunities to view "time" from multiple perspectives.
In the spatial design, metal materials reminiscent of delicate clock parts are used throughout. As sunlight shifts with time, it reflects off the metal's surface, and the ever-changing shadows and shine create a quiet sense of the passage of time within the space.

(3) A total of 125 seats to accommodate diverse situations and allow users of all ages to freely choose according to their mood and purpose.
The "SHARE LOUNGE" offers approximately 125 seats with a variety of seating options. In addition to 66 workspaces suitable for private time such as work, studying, or reading, we also have sofa seats where you can relax with a loved one, booth seats for business meetings, and meeting rooms that can accommodate multiple people.
