Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Workstyling New Chitose Airport" in August 2026 on the 3rd floor of the domestic terminal at New Chitose Airport, as a joint store of "Workstyling" and "SHARE LOUNGE," corporate shared office and rental office services operated by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shun Ueda; hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan"), and Mitsui Fudosan.

This store is a multi-purpose hub that combines a serviced office and community functions, based on a joint store collaboration between "Workstyling" and "SHARE LOUNGE," and is provided to members of "RISE-A," a semiconductor community established in July 2025 by Mitsui Fudosan and volunteers from the semiconductor industry.

Leveraging the unique characteristics of an airport, we aim to create a new kind of stay experience by providing a lounge space that is easily accessible to everyone, and workspaces that accommodate diverse work scenarios such as meetings, focused work, and online conferences, transforming travel time into valuable time.

This will be the first "Workstyling" store to open within an airport facility, representing a strategic expansion into an area with high demand. In particular, we offer a platform for business professionals before and after business trips to transform their travel time into productive time.

Regarding collaboration with "RISE-A"

In recent years, as investment and expansion into semiconductor-related industries have progressed throughout Japan, corporate activity has also been revitalized in the Chitose area of Hokkaido.

Against this backdrop, this store will serve as a "gateway to Hokkaido," collaborating with "RISE-A," a semiconductor community established in July 2025 by Mitsui Fudosan and volunteers from the semiconductor industry. Through the provision of serviced offices and community functions, it will create a "place" and "opportunity" where diverse players can interact, proposing a new model for workplaces at the transportation hub of the airport, and providing comprehensive support from temporary use during business trips to the establishment of permanent bases.

"SHARE LOUNGE," developed by CCC, is a new type of space that combines the convenience of a "shared office" with the comfort of a "lounge," based on the concept of "a place where ideas are born and shared."As a space where people can freely be themselves and spend their time as they wish, whether as a cafe or an office, we currently have approximately 50 locations (as of March 2026).

Mitsui Fudosan has been operating shared office and rental office services for corporations since April 2017. As of April 2026, the total number of locations, including partner STATION WORK locations, is approximately 600, with approximately 1,400 member companies and 330,000 members currently under contract. "A happy way of working for all workers."With the purpose of "[to help people find a happy way of working]", they provide services that not only offer a location but also provide opportunities for each individual user to find a "happy way of working".

We will announce store details as they become available.
