Correction to the Public Notice of Commencement of the Tender Offer in Connection with the Submission by CCC of an Amendment Statement to the Tender Offer Registration Statement

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Head office: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") has submitted an amended tender offer statement to the Kanto Local Finance Bureau on May 26, 2026, regarding the tender offer statement dated May 18, 2026, concerning the tender offer for shares of Jimoty Inc. in accordance with Article 27-8, Paragraph 2 of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

Accordingly, we would like to inform you that the contents of the "Notice Regarding the Commencement of a Tender Offer by Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. for Shares of Jimoty Inc. (Securities Code: 7082)" dated May 15, 2026, and the "Notice of Commencement of Tender Offer" dated the same day will be corrected as attached.
