(Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") will open "SHARE LOUNGE Yodoyabashi Gate Tower with PLUS" (hereinafter "this facility") on the 11th floor of the office tower "Yodoyabashi Gate Tower" located in Chuo-ku, Osaka City on Thursday, July 9, 2026. This facility is the first store resulting from a collaboration between CCC, which operates "SHARE LOUNGE," and PLUS, which handles furniture and spaces for offices and hotels. The aim is to provide the optimal workspace for each individual and create an inspiring experiential value.
The Yodoyabashi area is a business district with many historical old buildings scattered throughout. Inspired by its location, this facility features a retro and luxurious interior design with a red color scheme, creating a space that evokes the image of a sophisticated social gathering place for adults. With approximately 205 tsubo (about 680 square meters) of space and 188 seats, this "SHARE LOUNGE" is one of the largest in the Kansai region. It offers a luxurious space where you can casually enjoy alcoholic beverages, providing a new experience where work and relaxation naturally coexist.

The space offers two distinct settings: a luxurious lounge area facing the Tosabori River, in harmony with Osaka's history and culture, and a workspace adjacent to a rooftop garden, surrounded by art that stimulates the imagination.
This facility features two coexisting scenes, and the furniture is coordinated accordingly.
First, the luxurious lounge space overlooking the Tosabori River features comfortable, hotel-quality chairs and sofas. The workspace on the rooftop garden side, surrounded by art, features customized office desks and sofas, and you can also experience products from international brands such as THONET and HÅG. Many of the furniture items in the store, including these chairs, sofas, and work desks, are supplied by PLUS, a company that also handles furniture for offices and hotels. In a space with high-quality interior design, you can choose a spot to suit your mood at the time and spend your time while experiencing the comfort of the seating.

The spacious interior, spanning approximately 205 tsubo (about 680 square meters), features wide aisles and ample space between tables. Of the 188 seats, 109 are designated as single seats, providing an environment where office workers in the Honmachi and Yodoyabashi areas, as well as business people visiting for meetings, can concentrate on their work. In addition, we have two meeting rooms and two fully private offices to accommodate a variety of business needs.

Located on the 11th floor of the office tower, this facility boasts stunning views of the Tosabori River thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The atmosphere inside the shop changes with the shifting light throughout the day, and you can enjoy a beautiful night view from dusk to night.
Furthermore, to make it easy for customers to use our establishment as a bar after work, we have introduced a wine cellar—a first for our Kansai locations—and offer a comprehensive alcohol plan that includes wine. Going forward, we plan events that will serve as a "social hub for adults," providing a place for people working in offices to interact and build community, and offering new ways to enjoy evenings at "SHARE LOUNGE."
