Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter "CCC") opened "SHARE LOUNGE Workstyling New Chitose Airport" on August 7, 2026 (Friday), as the first store in the Hokkaido area for "Workstyling," a shared office and rental office for corporations operated by Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Shun Ueda; hereinafter "Mitsui Fudosan"), and "SHARE LOUNGE," operated by CCC.
This store is located on the 3rd floor of the domestic terminal at New Chitose Airport. With passenger numbers projected to exceed a record high of 26 million in fiscal year 2025, New Chitose Airport, Hokkaido's main air gateway, will offer a new type of accommodation space that combines a welcoming lounge area with a workspace to meet the needs of travelers before and after business trips. It is designed to accommodate a variety of usage scenarios, providing a comfortable and productive space to spend time between travels.
Furthermore, this store is a multi-purpose hub that combines the collaboration of "Workstyling" and "SHARE LOUNGE" with "RISE GATE NEW CHITOSE AIRPORT," a serviced office and community function provided to members of "RISE-A," a semiconductor community established in July 2025 by Mitsui Fudosan and volunteers from the semiconductor industry. By creating spaces and opportunities for diverse players to interact, we propose a new model for the workplace and provide comprehensive support, from temporary use during business trips to establishing permanent locations.

Of the 52 seats in the SHARE LOUNGE area, 37 are designated as single seats, creating an environment that easily accommodates a wide range of work needs, such as organizing documents or preparing for business meetings in short bursts before or after business trips. Furthermore, we have three fully private rooms for workers who want to concentrate on their work, allowing them to comfortably use the space for online meetings or individual work without being disturbed by surrounding noise. You can freely use a variety of rental amenities, including gadgets that make your work time more comfortable, such as monitors, Bluetooth earphones, and PC stands, as well as massage items to relieve the fatigue of work or travel.
Food, drinks, and books that evoke the essence of Hokkaido
Our food and drink corner offers a diverse selection of items, including nuts, chocolates, and coffee, to help you concentrate. Additionally, the beer server available with our alcohol plan features "Sapporo Classic," a beer beloved for being born and raised in Hokkaido.
