— CCC participates as a co-organizer, supporting regional revitalization by producing a music x local Hitachi food market —

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Yasunori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") and W-eave LLC (Headquarters: Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture; Representative: Emiko Otaka) will co-host the outdoor festival "PLACE 2026," which will be held in Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture on Sunday, September 20, 2026.
CCC is newly participating as a co-organizer of this event, and shares the philosophy of "PLACE," which began with a desire for post-earthquake reconstruction. In order to pass on this spirit to the next generation, CCC will support Hitachi's regional revitalization by producing the "Hitachi Otonari Marche," which brings together local specialty products.

"PLACE" – A "place of hope" that began with post-earthquake reconstruction.

"PLACE" is a project that started in 2012 in the Kawarago district of Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, which suffered extensive damage in the Great East Japan Earthquake of March 11, 2011. It stemmed from the desire of "THE SALA," a rock band from Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture, to "revitalize this town with our music." Based on the concept of [Free x Summer Festival x Outdoor Festival x Charity], it has continued to grow as a place where everyone from children to the elderly can easily participate, attracting a total of 131,000 visitors to date, and has progressed as a "place of hope" in Hitachi City.

Background of CCC's participation: "From inheritance to co-creation"

CCC has been working on regional revitalization projects that bring out the unique charms of various regions throughout Japan. For "PLACE 2026," we will combine the trust and passion of the local community that "PLACE" has built up over the years with CCC's "content planning capabilities," "nationwide network," and "data marketing know-how." This will transform "PLACE" from a mere music festival into a "platform that connects local culture to the future," contributing to the revitalization of the local economy and the fostering of civic pride.

CCC's main initiative: "Hitachi Otonari Marche*"

*Otonari is a coined word combining "oto naru" (sound) and "oto-nari" (neighbor).

Next to the stage, which is always filled with music, we plan and operate "Hitachi Otonari Marche," a place where you can enjoy delicious drinks and food, as a venue to showcase the charms of Hitachi City.
Hitachi City boasts numerous high-quality products, and each product reflects the passion and dedication of its producers. We aim to create a space where you can also enjoy the charm of the people of Hitachi City.

- At the "Satoguru ~Traveling Hometown Gourmet~ Hitachi City Product Exhibition," we will be selling agricultural products and specialty goods that Hitachi City is proud of.
- A drink booth selling local sake from long-established breweries and craft beers that reflect the local culture of Hitachi, featuring famous products from Hitachi City.
