Bunkitsu is a bookstore with an entrance fee, based on the concept of "a bookstore where you can savor culture." Through books selected by a book director with a unique perspective and special exhibitions, it provides opportunities for serendipitous encounters with books and sparks the expansion of interests and curiosity from one book to another, creating an intellectually stimulating reading experience.
SHARE LOUNGE combines the comfort of a lounge with the functionality of an office, offering a flexible way to spend time that suits each individual's lifestyle—whether working, studying, reading, or enjoying a coffee—and serving as a place where new ideas and concepts are born.
This store is the first to combine Bunkitsu and SHARE LOUNGE, offering a new kind of stay experience that further enhances the appeal of both brands by providing opportunities to encounter books, reading experiences, a comfortable work environment, and convenience. In addition to checking in at the Bunkitsu counter, you can reserve seats or meeting rooms and perform smart check-in before arriving using the SHARE LOUNGE app. Regardless of how you enter the store, you can enjoy the same services throughout the store.
We cater to diverse needs, such as "wanting to quietly immerse oneself in the world of printed words alone," "wanting to bring books together with friends and deepen discussions," and "wanting to relax in a cafe/bar while shopping or after work." You can spend your time in various ways depending on your purpose, such as "pursuing knowledge," "working," "studying," or "relaxing." We seamlessly connect experiences such as "encountering culture," "reading," and "working," allowing you to enjoy a flexible stay tailored to your mood and purpose each day.
■Store Introduction
(1) A wide selection of food and drinks to make your long stay more comfortable.
Our food and drink corner offers a wide variety of options to keep you entertained even during long stays, including nuts and coffee to enhance concentration, as well as snacks, tea, and soft drinks perfect for relaxing during busy breaks.
(2) Semi-private booths where you can concentrate on reading or working
We have set up 17 semi-private booths, providing a space where you can immerse yourself in the world of books, concentrate on work such as online meetings and document creation, and spend time without worrying about your surroundings. We also provide rental amenities ideal for work, such as monitors and PC stands.
(3) Various seating types such as work desks, table seats, and bench seats
In addition to workspaces, we offer a variety of seating options to suit different needs, including tables where you can relax and enjoy drinks and snacks, and benches where you can easily sit down while searching for your favorite book.
(4) A reading space surrounded by bookshelves
It's a study-like space where you can quietly enjoy reading books alone. This is a room where you can immerse yourself in the world of books all day long, with a cup of coffee in hand. You can leisurely enjoy the luxurious flow of time.
■ Fees and Usage
Rates: 990 yen for 60 minutes, 495 yen for every 30 minutes thereafter, maximum 3,465 yen per day (all prices include tax)
*The price is the same whether you register at the Bunkitsu counter or make a reservation and payment through the SHARE LOUNGE app.
*Free for children under 3 years old
Reception: Two methods available: in-store reception (Bunkitsu) and smart check-in (SHARE LOUNGE app).
Seat reservations: Available via the SHARE LOUNGE app.

This space combines the functionality of a shared office with the comfort of a lounge. It features carefully selected furniture, creating a cozy lounge-like atmosphere, and offers excellent amenities such as free drinks and nuts, and high-speed Wi-Fi. It can be used freely as a cafe or office space, with drop-in options available. Furthermore, it serves as a community hub, hosting a variety of workshops and talk events.
