—Creating a new experience as a “seamless third place” that transcends the boundaries between cafes and lounges—
Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") reopened its "SHARE LOUNGE Tamachi Ekimae," located in front of JR Tamachi Station, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
This store is the third "LOUNGE & CAFE" location (*) in the new business format that further evolves the partnership that CCC and Starbucks have cultivated for over 20 years. In addition to the second-floor area, which was previously improved for comfort through changes to the seating layout and furniture, and an expanded food and drink selection, a Starbucks will be added to the first floor on the same day.
In the Tamachi area, which is undergoing redevelopment and attracting business people and students, we will combine the values of both companies to cater to customers' lifestyles and diverse situations, whether it's enjoying a leisurely cup of coffee at Starbucks or immersing oneself in thought or work at the SHARE LOUNGE. Furthermore, by combining Starbucks' renowned sophisticated hospitality with SHARE LOUNGE's expertise in creating unique spaces, we aim to enhance the quality of our guests' stay.

• A LOUNGE & CAFE where the space and experience of SHARE LOUNGE and Starbucks are seamlessly connected.
We have revamped the layout of SHARE LOUNGE to create a space that seamlessly connects the comfortable lounge-like atmosphere, the intellectually stimulating books, and the functionality of an office with the ultimate coffee experience offered by Starbucks. The first-floor seating area is available for use as a shared seating area for both the SHARE LOUNGE and Starbucks. It's possible to use different spaces depending on the purpose or mood, or for both types of customers to spend time together.
*Some seats are reserved for specific guests.
• A workspace that allows for deeper concentration
The second floor is dedicated to the SHARE LOUNGE, and we have further pursued functionality and convenience suitable for long hours of work or study. We have increased the number of semi-private booths where users can concentrate on their work, and replaced the furniture with items more suitable for extended use. In addition, we offer a comfortable workspace with a book library to enhance your inspiration, high-quality free drinks unique to SHARE LOUNGE, and carefully selected free snacks.
