The "TSUTAYA CREATORS' MARKET Vol.1," which was first held at Laforet Museum Harajuku in 2025, featured approximately 250 creators and attracted approximately 10,000 visitors. In addition to exhibiting and selling original works, the event created opportunities for visitors and companies to communicate directly with creators, which was very well received.
Following on from last time, "TSUTAYA CREATORS' MARKET Vol.2" will not only exhibit and sell works, but will also be held as a "creative platform" that aims to foster collaborations, businesses, and culture through new encounters between creators, fans, and companies. The venue will feature programs such as merchandise sales and opportunities to experience commissioned drawings by artists. Visitors can experience creative moments by directly engaging with the artwork and the artist's worldview.

CX, through initiatives such as "TSUTAYA CREATORS' MARKET," is working to connect with customers both domestically and internationally.
