The "(tentative name) Tokorozawa City Kotesashicho 1-chome Project" is a complex development project consisting of two buildings, one residential and one commercial, located around Kotesashi Station in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. One corner of this complex is the large-scale condominium complex "Baus Tokorozawa Kotesashi Tower," with 659 units, developed by Chuo Nippon Land and Building Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Chuo Nippon Land and Building") and others. In this project, we are providing support in the areas of home appliances, art, book direction, and spatial design to enhance the value of Baus Tokorozawa Kotesashi Tower. (Updated November 7, 2025)

Designing ways of working: A new office challenge based on the idea of "ABW"

It's time to rethink the way offices are designed to suit the way we work. In May 2025, the CCC Group relocated its headquarters from Shibuya, Tokyo to Minato Mirai, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Based on the real voices and experiences of employees, the in-house project and design teams came together to create a new office space that reflects the company's unique working style and culture. In May 2024, SMBC Group and Culture Convenience Club (CCC) jointly launched "Olive LOUNGE," proposing a new type of banking experience. As a hybrid store that combines the real and digital worlds, it not only provides banking functions but also a place where people can gather, relax, and exchange information. Founded on the idea of "making a bank a place where you can be naturally, rather than a place you have to go out of your way to visit," the bank operates in a variety of locations, both urban and community-based. With the opening of the Nishikyushu Shinkansen (Takeo Onsen Station to Nagasaki) on September 23, 2022, two facilities, Takeo Travel Bookstore and Takeo Onsen Station Tourist Information Center, have opened at Takeo Onsen Station, the line's starting station, under management contract with the Takeo City Tourism Association. The common concept of both facilities is "a place to discover unknown charms."We have been involved in the operation of Takeo City Library since 2013, and as we have walked alongside the people of Takeo City, we know the city well, and this facility conveys the charms of Western Kyushu that spread from Takeo Onsen Station.
