SHARE LOUNGE is a time-based lounge designed with the concept of "a place where ideas are born and shared."We aim to achieve both the convenience of booking and entering/exiting the store via a dedicated app, and the creation of a comfortable space where customers want to linger. Now that we can work from anywhere, there's a growing awareness that not only "where you work," but also "the environment you spend time in" influences your concentration and creativity. At SHARE LOUNGE, we value creating an environment where inspiration can naturally emerge, surrounded by books and where a balance of tension and relaxation coexists.

Enjoy free drinks and snacks while switching between work, reading, and relaxation. One of the key features of SHARE LOUNGE is that guests can customize and arrange how they spend their time according to their purpose and mood for the day.

Reasons why it has spread nationwide and continues to be used

Since opening its first store in 2019, SHARE LOUNGE has expanded nationwide, and as of April 2026, it operates 55 stores in Japan, 13 partner stores, and 4 stores overseas. In addition to commercial facilities, it is expanding to a variety of locations, including financial institutions, hotels, and airports.

The app has reached approximately 573,000 members, and about 70% of users visit stores through the app. In stores in the city center, we see many repeat customers who repeatedly use their favorite spots. The majority of users are working adults in their 20s to 40s, and they use the space in a variety of ways, from working and studying to reading, using the cafe, and simply staying to relax and unwind. SHARE LOUNGE has become a place that people naturally choose as one of their everyday options.

Promotion that focuses on "creating an experience" rather than "delivering" something.

Collaborating with companies at SHARE LOUNGE is more than just exposure. Because it's a space where users invest time and money to stay, it creates an opportunity for them to calmly engage with the brand and its products. From food and drink sampling and demonstrations, to product demonstrations, amenity provision, event and workshop hosting, and information dissemination using apps and official media. By leveraging the extended time spent at the store, it's possible to design a system where customers naturally interact with the brand through everyday activities such as "trying," "using," and "spending time."We value the depth of our connection with each individual customer, rather than the sheer number of visitors.

At SHARE LOUNGE, we conduct promotions that leverage the unique characteristics of the space while staying close to the values and aspirations that companies cherish and want to convey. Here, we will introduce specific initiatives along with their background.

■Sampling that supports students' efforts | 2Energy
"2Energy," an energy drink containing zynamite, a caffeine substitute attracting attention, is caffeine-free, calorie-free, and sugar-free. It was created through a combination of the brand's desire to "support hardworking students and their parents" and SHARE LOUNGE's student discount campaign. Approximately 2,500 tickets will be distributed at 32 stores nationwide to customers who have purchased student discount tickets. We provided a leaflet along with the product, explaining its background and features.
As a result, the students and their parents who received the samples gave feedback such as, "This is the first time I've heard of energy drinks that are formulated with health in mind," and "I'll try drinking this while studying," making it a sampling experience that connected intention with reality.

■ Let them try it out naturally in their work | HHKB
The "Happy Hacking Keyboard (HHKB)," renowned as the pinnacle of programmer keyboards, is in a high price range and is only sold online. Therefore, they were looking for a partner to collaborate with to create opportunities for customers to actually try it out before purchasing.
At SHARE LOUNGE, we permanently install HHKB keyboards as rental amenities, mainly in stores that are frequently used for work, creating an environment where people can naturally interact with them while working, thus providing opportunities for hands-on experience in a natural way. Due to its high affinity with users, it has led to long-term expansion across multiple stores, and companies value it as an important touchpoint before purchase.

■ A community connected by products | LOVOT
What the family-type robot "LOVOT" was looking for was a place where its owner could "take it with them" and "spend a long time there."With power outlets, food and beverage facilities, and no time limit on stay, the SHARE LOUNGE is a space that meets all those requirements. Owners naturally gather together, leading to meetups and contributing to community building. The installation of demo units has led to some customers purchasing the products after experiencing them firsthand.
