We offer our deepest condolences for the many precious lives lost in the Great East Japan Earthquake. We would also like to express our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the disaster.

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., Nippon Shuppan Hanbai Co., Ltd., and MPD Co., Ltd. are pleased to announce that they will be implementing the "East Japan Earthquake Disaster Relief Kokoro+ Project," which provides cultural support to victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake.
This project is made possible through the cooperation of various companies and organizations, including the "TSUTAYA Great East Japan Earthquake Relief Fund," which is supported by TSUTAYA member companies and TSUTAYA-related business partners.

■Project Name: "Kokoro+ Project: Support for Victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake" (Kokoro Plus Project)
■Implementation details: With the aim of providing cultural support to disaster victims who are forced to live in evacuation shelters, we will deliver the following support items to 100 evacuation shelters in Miyagi and Iwate prefectures.
<Support items related to entertainment>
800 TVs, 8,700 DVDs, 82,722 books, 15,279 magazines
<Other support items>
15,000 cups of drip coffee, 2,000 eye masks, 10,000 pairs of earplugs, 5,000 hand creams, 10,000 lip balms
■Implementation period: We will begin delivering to each evacuation center sequentially from Tuesday, April 26, 2011.
■In cooperation with: TSUTAYA member companies, video production companies, publishing companies, UNICEF Japan, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, JX Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation, and Doutor Coffee Co., Ltd.

*We received cooperation from various companies and organizations in providing relief supplies to be delivered to evacuation centers.

In this project, we will continue to provide support while listening to the requests for cultural assistance from the disaster victims.
