- "@cosme store" opens in Kansai for the first time, featuring a powder room where customers can try in-store products for free -

Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. reopened its flagship store in Osaka, TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 1st as a new spot where people can gather, share information, and have experiences, in order to satisfy visitors to the Minami area.

TSUTAYA EBISUBASHI is located in front of Ebisubashi Bridge in Minami, the cultural heart of Osaka, and as the flagship store in Osaka, where the company was founded, it has been visited by a wide range of customers. Last year, the number of foreign tourists visiting Osaka reached a record high (*1), and with this number expected to continue to increase, the station has been reborn as a "fun meeting spot" so that even more people can use it as a base for enjoying Osaka.

We have expanded from just comics to also carry magazines and books, and have expanded our BOOK & Café space to the basement level where you can meet up while reading books before purchasing. Furthermore, a large map of the Minami area will be displayed on the first floor, and by stocking a wide range of magazines and books related to Kansai, Osaka and Minami, the store will serve as an information hub for the city. 　Additionally, in the powder room of the newly opened @cosome store on the 3rd floor, you can try out makeup that will change your mood for free.

While Osaka is undergoing changes such as the redevelopment of surrounding areas, Minami remains a bustling area that serves as the center of "disseminating Osaka's culture and performing arts."As a store located in front of Ebisubashi, we will continue to provide information about the city, and as a space where people can gather and have new experiences, we will work together with the local community to liven up the entire city at the gateway to Minami.
