- Cumulative visitor numbers exceed 2 million, with user satisfaction rate of 85% -

We are pleased to announce that the Takeo City Library and Historical Museum (5304-1 Takeo, Takeo-cho, Takeo City, Saga Prefecture), which Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. has been entrusted with the operation of the library as a designated manager by Takeo City, has exceeded 2 million visitors in the two years and five months since its reopening on April 1, 2013. We will also be announcing the results of our user survey.

Library usage status (as of August 31, 2015)

*The 2012 fiscal year was open for seven months from April to October, so the number of visitors is less than the 2011 fiscal year.
*Daily average is calculated excluding closed days. Since 2013, the museum has been open every day.

Takeo City Library and Historical Museum Questionnaire Survey

The results of a user survey that has been ongoing since before the renovation showed that 85% of users were satisfied with the current library when asked, "How do you feel about the current library?"When asked, "What do you think about the service provided by library staff?" 83.4% of users answered that they were satisfied. This has resulted in a large number of satisfied users. On the other hand, in response to the majority of respondents expressing dissatisfaction with crowded parking lots, we would like to improve the lack of parking spaces by, for example, directing people to parking lots at nearby public facilities. We will not rest on our laurels and will continue to strive to provide value that increases user satisfaction.
