CCC Marketing Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Noburu Takeda; hereinafter referred to as "CCC Marketing") will be adding an electronic stamp service to its Smartphone Wallet, a common platform that consolidates the various cards in your wallet, such as point cards, stamp cards, and credit cards, into a single app and allows you to use them via the app, starting November 15th. The electronic stamp service will be provided by NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation (Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masao Wada)*1 and will be introduced for the first time from November 15th at Hibiya Kadan Co., Ltd. stores (with some exceptions), which operate flower shops nationwide.
"Smartphone Wallet" is an app based on the concept of "allowing you to use just one smartphone for everything from points to payments."Consumers can streamline their wallets by consolidating the various cards in their wallets into a "smartphone wallet."Furthermore, the smartphone wallet can serve as a wallet, and by presenting a barcode or QR code at the store, points can be accumulated on various cards at the time of payment, which can then be used seamlessly until payment.
With the launch of this service, customers of Hibiya Kadan can register their Hibiya Kadan stamp card in their Smartphone Wallet, display the stamp card screen on their smartphone and present it at the store, and an electronic stamp will be printed on the smartphone screen. With the launch of this electronic stamp service, in addition to point cards and prepaid cards, users will be able to collect stamps using just their smartphone with Smartphone Wallet.
CCC Marketing provides marketing services that utilize the customer base of "Smartphone Wallet" to companies introducing electronic stamp services. Companies that adopt this system will be able to implement CRM such as sending coupons based on customer usage. The Smartphone Wallet electronic stamp service is scheduled to be introduced at a Western-style confectionery shop and an izakaya chain this winter, and at a ramen chain next spring. Many other companies are also considering the service, and the company plans to further expand its partnerships in the future.
