(Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi) will open "TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE OIMACHI TRACKS" on the 2nd and 3rd floors of "OIMACHI TRACKS," a large-scale multi-purpose complex directly connected to Oimachi Station, on Saturday, March 28, 2026, together with Koura Oil Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Yoshio Koura).

"OIMACHI TRACKS," where TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE will have a store, is a large-scale multi-purpose complex directly connected to JR Oimachi Station, developed as a "hub for co-creating urban life" where local communities, businesses, and government agencies collaborate to create new value. The area is being redeveloped as a multi-functional commercial complex integrating commercial spaces, a hotel, residences, offices, a cinema, and a plaza, and is expected to become a new hub for the region.

"TSUTAYA BOOKSTORE Oimachi Tracks" is based on the concept of "a place where ON and OFF coexist," aiming to be a place where ON, which expands the creativity of customers working in the nearby area, and OFF, which enriches the lifestyles of customers living in the nearby area, coexist.

The second floor will be a "BOOK & CAFE" that combines a bookstore and a cafe, where you can enjoy browsing books with Starbucks coffee. The third floor will feature a "SHARE LOUNGE" that fosters creativity and sharing, aiming to be a comfortable space that can be used not only for work and meetings but also as a cafe and bar.

2nd floor "BOOK & CAFE" 
We stock approximately 1,500 books on marketing trends and skill development, as well as approximately 1,400 lifestyle books, primarily children's books. In addition, we offer a wide range of products, including stationery that can be used in business settings and lifestyle goods that can be enjoyed during relaxing time at home, catering to both the "ON" (on-duty) aspects that enhance the creativity of customers working in the surrounding area and the "OFF" (off-duty) aspects that enrich the lifestyles of customers living in the surrounding area.  
Additionally, the Starbucks inside the store offers a "BOOK & CAFE" experience where you can enjoy browsing books while sipping coffee.

3rd floor "SHARE LOUNGE" 
We offer a variety of seating options, including semi-private spaces perfect for online meetings and focused work, as well as comfortable workspaces. In addition to our 140 seats, we also have meeting rooms available. You can use it not only for work or studying, but also as a cafe.  
In addition to complimentary drinks and snacks, you can also use the mobile ordering service available within the SHARE LOUNGE to purchase gourmet items sold at the food court on the 3rd floor of "OIMACHI TRACKS". You can enjoy both your work time and your relaxation time within the "SHARE LOUNGE".
In addition, we plan to hold fairs and events in the store in the future that will offer new discoveries and encounters. Further details will be announced on the store's website and other platforms as soon as they are decided.
