Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture; President and CEO: Takanori Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "CCC") opened "SHARE LOUNGE Minato Mirai" on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, on the lobby floor of the second floor of "Yokohama Connect Square," where CCC's headquarters are located.

This location is the first SHARE LOUNGE to offer a new service called "CONNECT STAND," where you can purchase drinks and food one at a time on a cash-on-delivery basis. In addition, it features an open outdoor terrace, allowing you to enjoy a special time and space that you can't experience at the office or at home.

The store is divided into three areas: a lounge area, a cash-on-delivery area, and an outdoor terrace, all equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and power outlets. Enjoy high-quality complimentary drinks and snacks, a book library, gadget rentals, and artwork by up-and-coming artists.
In the Minato Mirai area, where cultural facilities such as arenas and stadiums, commercial facilities, high-rise condominiums, and offices are concentrated, we aim to create a store that can be comfortably used by a variety of customers, including office workers and remote workers, residents of the neighborhood, visitors to Minato Mirai, and participants of events held nearby.

■Features of "SHARE LOUNGE Minatomirai"

With a total of 116 seats to accommodate diverse situations, users of all ages can freely choose according to their mood and purpose.
The SHARE LOUNGE offers 116 seats with a variety of seating options. In addition to 54 workspaces suitable for private time alone, such as for work, studying, or reading, we also have 28 seats on our outdoor terrace where you can relax while enjoying the fresh air, and 34 seats available when you use "CONNECT STAND".
In addition, chairs, tables, and other furniture are selected from the latest models to suit the usage scenario in each area, and are replaced as needed to meet the needs of the users.

Cash on delivery available for your convenience.
"CONNECT STAND," a cash-on-delivery service being introduced for the first time at SHARE LOUNGE, offers soft drinks starting at 300 yen (tax included) per glass, alcoholic beverages starting at 500 yen (tax included) per glass, and food items starting at 200 yen (tax included) per item. Both SHARE LOUNGE users and those using only CONNECT STAND can purchase items. If you are only using CONNECT STAND, there is no SHARE LOUNGE fee. You can use the area reserved for CONNECT STAND users. You can enjoy a quick drink or two in the excitement before a live performance or event at a nearby venue, or after work.

An open and airy outdoor terrace
The terrace, where you can relax while enjoying a pleasant breeze, can also be a place to clear your head and spark new ideas. This is a unique space that sparks unconventional ideas and offers experiences you can't find in the office or at home.

A lounge where art comes alive
In the lounge area, we will be exhibiting a mural by Keeenue, a contracted artist of CCC Art Lab, who works with a wide range of expressions that transcend media and forms, including painting, sculpture, collage, and digital live painting. This special artwork, measuring 19 meters in length, was created specifically for our store located in Yokohama.

Yokohama Beer, a local Yokohama beer, is now available.
To commemorate the opening of "SHARE LOUNGE Minato Mirai," we will be offering canned beer from "Yokohama Beer," the longest-running local beer company in Yokohama City, for a limited time.
